GintecG40PLUS

Product description

The G40Plus is Gintec’s latest RTK GNSS receiver introduced in 2024, extending the capabilities of the G40 model. It features a built-in 5 W high-power radio, capable of signal transmission up to 20 km, with urban tests reaching around 14 km. The internal 13,600 mAh battery provides 8–10 hours of operation in base mode. G40Plus supports up to 1,408 GNSS channels and covers all major satellite systems including GPS, GLONASS, BeiDou, Galileo, and QZSS. Its tilt compensation is calibration-free, allowing measurements with minimal setup. The G‑FIX technology maintains stable positioning even when RTK corrections are lost. The device includes a night-vision camera, enabling measurements and stakeout in low-light conditions. RTK accuracy is ±8 mm + 1 ppm horizontally and ±15 mm + 1 ppm vertically, while static mode accuracy is H: ±2.5 mm + 0.5 ppm and V: ±5.0 mm + 0.5 ppm. Cold start is under 12 seconds, and RTK initialization under 5 seconds. It runs on Linux and has 32 GB of internal memory. Communication is supported via UHF radio, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and 4G. Radio power is 5 W with a frequency range of 410–470 MHz. The device is IP68-rated, dust- and water-resistant, and can withstand a 2 m drop onto concrete. Operating temperature ranges from −30 °C to +65 °C. G40Plus can function as both base and rover and provides tilt measurement accuracy of ±1° up to 60° inclination.
